Aim of the Service To disseminate Information & Communication Technology literacy by making IT accessible to persons experiencing mental health problems, and to the general public.
Service provided CTLC coordinates tuition schemes, basically to enable people to make use of the most common computer application programmes. These schemes are very useful especially to persons who do not have any ICT literacy skills.
Persons who can benefit from the Service Anyone who is willing to learn ICT.
