Job Description

Richmond Foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit making organisation committed to developing community mental health services. Through the different services we make a real difference in the lives of persons who experience mental health problems. We believe that everyone has potential whatever their circumstances. Posts of Residential Support Workers have arisen within the Foundation to work within a residential setting for children with challenging behaviour.

Applicants for the posts must be:
• In possession of a diploma / certificate in residential care or a related subject
• Preferably experienced in residential work, working with children. Be fluent in spoken and written Maltese and English, have their own transport and be in possession of a clean driving licence.Voluntary or work experience in the social field will be considered an asset.
