Persons with mental health problems may require
a certain level of support to be able to live

The Home Support Service also aims to:

within the community
- Reduce or eliminate the revolving door syndrome
by preventing relapses or admissions to hospital
whenever this is possible
- Promote good mental health within the public

health issues and so reduce social stigma

a person's needs and planning and evaluating
the care being provided; providing psychological
