We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to coach and empower job coaches supporting individuals with mental health challenges. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support sessions, deliver impactful training, and manage administrative tasks to enhance the effectiveness of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and empower job coaches who support individuals with mental health difficulties.
- Provide one-to-one support sessions for people navigating their mental health journey.
- Deliver impactful training sessions that make a real difference.
- Handle administrative tasks to help you in your day to day work.
Requirements:
- A university qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or Health Care Management.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English.
- Genuine empathy and exceptional active listening skills.
- Strong communication abilities across diverse situations.
- Keen observational and analytical thinking.
- Sound understanding of mental health principles.
- A valid driving license and access to transport.
