Learning and Development Officer

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to coach and empower job coaches supporting individuals with mental health challenges. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support sessions, deliver impactful training, and manage administrative tasks to enhance the effectiveness of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and empower job coaches who support individuals with mental health difficulties.
  • Provide one-to-one support sessions for people navigating their mental health journey.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions that make a real difference.
  • Handle administrative tasks to help you in your day to day work.

Requirements:

  • A university qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or Health Care Management.
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English.
  • Genuine empathy and exceptional active listening skills.
  • Strong communication abilities across diverse situations.
  • Keen observational and analytical thinking.
  • Sound understanding of mental health principles.
  • A valid driving license and access to transport.
