The Healthy Minds Work Executive will be supporting the smooth delivery and coordination of services under the Healthy Minds Work programme.  It is the Executive’s role to handle client contacts, maintain records and databases, manage administrative processes related to service delivery, and act as a liaison between client organisations and internal departments.

Healthy Minds Work is a holistic programme by Richmond Foundation designed to support organisations and workplace mental wellbeing by fostering inclusive, supportive environments and providing proactive mental health services.  It offers six core services: Healthy Minds Know (employee wellbeing insights), Healthy Minds Learn (tailored training and awareness sessions), Healthy Minds Talk (professional one-to-one support), Healthy Minds Consult (policy and HR guidance), Healthy Minds Care (CSR opportunities to support mental health services), and Healthy Minds Recharge (wellbeing retreats and reflective workshops).  Together, these services empower organisations to improve employee wellbeing, reduce mental health risks, and build healthier workplace cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, providing professional and timely responses while coordinating with relevant internal departments as needed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate, confidential client data and organisational records in line with legislation and internal policies.
  • Draft, review, and organise documentation including service agreements, reports, and internal records, and assist in preparing progress updates and performance summaries.
  • Track and monitor Healthy Minds Work service agreements, ensuring follow-up with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internally with programme leads and administrative staff for the smooth execution of service deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field.
  • Proven administrative or project coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge or interest in mental health, workplace wellbeing, or related fields is an asset.
  • Experience working in a nonprofit or mental health setting would be considered an asset.
