We are seeking a Care and Support Lead to provide vital administrative and operational support across the Hostels within Assisted Living. This is a dynamic role that combines administrative coordination with hands-on involvement in care and support services, ensuring the smooth running of operations that make a real difference in people’s lives.  The successful candidate will be part of a committed and compassionate team, playing a key role in supporting both residents and staff within a values-driven environment.  This position offers variety, autonomy, and opportunities for continuous service improvement, with access to training and professional development to support ongoing growth within the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports. 

• Manage referrals, residents’ appointments, and tenancy-related tasks such as rent monitoring and documentation. 

• Maintain accurate staff records such as attendance, leave, and training logs. 

• Coordinate communication across the hostels and assist with the organisation of team meetings and events. 

• Support the onboarding and induction of new residents in collaboration with the care team. 

• Contribute to the effective delivery of residential services by providing practical, hands-on support when required. 

• Ensure all administrative processes comply with organisational policies and data protection standards. 

Requirements: 

• Degree in the relevant field such as Social Policy, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing and Psychology. 

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. 

• Experience in a care, social, or support services environment is considered an asset. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach. 

• Ability to work flexibly and travel across multiple hostels as required.
