Mental Health First Aid Courses

An initiative by the Ministry for Health and Active Ageing in collaboration with the Ministry for National Heritage, the Arts and Local Government

The Ministry for Health and Active Ageing   in collaboration with the Ministry for National Heritage, the Arts and Local Government has launched a nationwide project to equip individuals with Mental Health First Aid through all local councils in Malta and Gozo.

This initiative is being carried out in collaboration with Richmond Foundation.

Register your preference

The first stage of registration involves indicating your preferences regarding the course, the locality, and the timing. After this initial registration, Richmond Foundation will contact you via email to invite you to register for a course with specified dates, times, and location. This process ensures that we can respond to demand effectively.

 

No course fees
The full cost of the course is covered by the Ministry for Health. Therefore, participants are not required to pay any course fees when enrolling through this initiative.

Participant Grouping and Venue Allocation

Courses will be organised in groups of 15 participants or more. They will take place in various localities, depending on the number of registrations. If a locality receives fewer than 15 registrations, participants will be asked to join a group in a nearby locality, as close as possible to their indicated preference.
