Our Support Groups seek to motivate people with mental health problems to share their experiences for their own benefit and that of others.
Everyone who is willing to share their experiences with other persons and who either had or are still experiencing mental health problems are welcomed to join. The group is primarily meant to offer support by creating a safe space where each individual can share both problems and learning experiences. Such sharing helps with the recovery process of all members of the group.
Groups meet once a month at the Head Office of Richmond Foundation in St. Venera. If you would like to join one of the groups just get in touch with us for more information. You do not have to book your place, you can just turn up.
