Reliever

The primary responsibility of a Reliever will be to provide support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and assisting with their day-to-day needs.  This role involves substituting for full-time staff during both day and night shifts, upholding the organisations policies and procedures, and acting as a positive role model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Substitute for full-time staff during day and/or night shifts as required.
• Carry out all duties related to the role in a professional and effective manner.
• Uphold and enforce the rules and procedures of the organisation.
• Serve as a positive role model for residents.
• Supervise residents on the floor, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Accompany residents as needed, providing support and guidance.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Maltese and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
• Flexibility in working hours and duties.
• Relevant work or voluntary experience in the social field is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently.
